Terms of Trade
Price and payment
At NjordLures you have the option to pay with Dankort as well as international credit cards (Visa/Dankort, VISA, MasterCard) and MobilePay. All prices at NjordLures include VAT, but exclude postage/freight.
The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.
If you find an item for, for example, 0,- DKK in the shop, it is probably being created, or there is an error in the system, do not order it as we will simply delete your order if you act in bad faith.
Njord Lures does not issue gift cards, price matches, promotional codes or discount codes.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods or get the last goods in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for several different goods that are ordered in one order and are delivered individually.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by email to NjordLures@gmail.com. Write ''Right of withdrawal'' in the subject line. In your message, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to any specially prepared baits that are made to order at the customer's request.
You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly notifying us of this.
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
Return
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery.
Missing original packaging and information signs may represent a decrease in value, so to be sure to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in its original packaging, if any.
The costs for returning are expected to amount to a maximum of approximately DKK 49.-
The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods in the same way as if you tried them in a physical store, but you may not put them into actual use.
If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.
We do not accept packages without delivery or packages sent by cash on delivery. Please note: do not send items with DAO, as they usually deliver outside of opening hours.
Right of complaint
The defects rules of the Danish Sales Act may apply to purchases of goods.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month right of complaint . This means that you can either have the product repaired or exchanged. If neither of these is possible, you are entitled to a refund of the original purchase price. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product, accident, carelessness or other harmful behavior.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you make a complaint within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
For goods with a limited shelf life, your right to complain is limited by the shelf life period we have given you.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs. However, we will pay a maximum of DKK 49,-, which is the cost of purchasing shipping from Njord Lures.
We strive to process complaints as quickly as possible; in some cases, it may take up to 14 days to process them.
Some brands/products have extended warranty and warranty conditions, in which case it will always be the supplier's rules and decisions that are decisive in any warranty case.
For purchases outside of Denmark, all shipping costs are covered in the event of a complaint by the buyer. In English: For purchases outside of Denmark, the buyer/customer must pay all shipping costs.
When returning the item, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible. Always include the receipt and buyer's contact information with the item.
Product liability
We are only liable as long as it follows from Danish law.

Privacy Policy
In order for you to make a purchase/agreement with Njord Lures, the following information about you is needed: Name, address, telephone number and email address.
We register and disclose your personal information in order to deliver the goods to you.
The personal data is registered with Njord Lures and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
As a registered user of Njord Lures, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information that is registered about you. You have these rights under the Danish Personal Data Act and inquiries in this regard should be directed to: NjordLures@gmail.com

Nord Lures uses cookies for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality, and thus making the visit as easy as possible.

Access to complaints
If you would like to complain about your purchase, please contact NjordLures@gmail.com. If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the relevant board in the area, provided that the conditions for this are met.
